I'm a People & Organizational Effectiveness professional by trade. Over the past 15 years I've had the opportunity to do some pretty cool stuff:

• Scale teams during periods of hyper growth ($M to $B valuations, 100% YoY growth)
• Experience Series A through to post M&A
• Build entire People functions from scratch
• Directly lead teams ranging from 2-25+ employees
• Work in SaaS, FinTech, CPG/FMCG and D2C startups
• Help multiple organizations expand globally (APAC, EMEA, NA)
• Scale remote first culture (prior to the pandemic)
